Don’t Manage Your Anger…Exorcise It…

Anger can be the most therapeutic and transformational feeling, when you are fully responsible for exorcising IT from your existence.

First identify the anger, honor your feelings, and know that everyone gets pissed off. But it is how you express anger that defines your character. Do it responsibly faraway from your family (kids and significant other), job (boss and co-workers), or strangers in the community; none of them deserve your WRATH (YOUR STINK BOMB)!

Go excercise, scream obsenities in your car, call a friend to kvetch...or submit to f...this adlib to earn a $10 gift card.

Whatever you decide to do with your anger...do it as soon as you can; exorcise your demon...and be the best human being you can be everyday!

Just be honest with yourself...FREEDOM TO BE ME!

Stop pretending and sharing on social media that you are doing great when you are not. Be compassionate, kind, patient with yourself first. Don't seek others to resolve your anguish, confront it head on, and say it's ok to be angry and pissed...and be done with it...because life is too short!
