Love to Own The Sweetest Heels Did you know a sweet staffing agency in LA is rewarding luxury shopping?
Recruiting for Good generates proceeds by helping companies find talented professionals to help fund mentoring work programs preparing kids for life; and is rewarding referrals to companies hiring with luxury shopping.
When you retain Recruiting for Good for search proceeds from placements, your company is essentially investing in the future. Staffing proceeds help fund sweet mentoring programs for kids that prepare them for tomorrow's jobs and life. On The Sweetest Gigs, kids learn sweet skills, success habits, and positive values. Your company's investment in retaining Recruiting for Good makes a significant lasting impact in the communities (in addition we also employ moms to do graphic design and mentor kids). We're also running Kids Design Tomorrow (discover your passion for fashion). We are pioneers in providing cost free training, mentoring, and development programs for elementary school aged kids!
Back in March 2013, I had an epiphany to use recruiting for good and help travelers save money. I emailed Dan Ilves at the time he was Vice President, Leisure Sales & Marketing at TravelStore. He invited me to come in to his office (and meet in person). Wido Schaefer (Chairman and Founder, TravelStore) also walked into meeting and was listening intently to my pitch. Dan shared with me content, and I created a landing page on my website to reward gift cards with TravelStore.
I wrote a blog about making a positive impact in LA (February 2016), and a representative from Fathom Cruises contacted me about evaluating their social impact projects in Dominican Republic. They flew me out, put me up at 5 star hotel, and everyday I traveled to different parts of the island to participate in social projects and give them feedback on how they can improve the experience. They loved my input so much that they rewarded me the actual cruise trip; I returned the favor by sponsoring a creative writing contest in LA to reward a winner a trip for 2 to experience Fathom Cruises.
When a venture fails to teach new lessons, you will repeat the same mistakes again and again. Own your mistakes, and move forward. If you allow your failures to stop your progress you stopped living your purpose, and play....and what kind of role model would you be #ownyourmistakes #imresponsible #failuretolaunch #lifelessons #inspection #ownership #responsibility #sharedvalues #improve #kidsdesigntomorrow #passionplay #fashionlovesfreedom #theinnerbeautyclub #lovetopartyforgood #loveismadeinamerica @recruitingforgood
